B2B Sales Account Executive
Seeking a driven, results-oriented Tech Sales Account Executive eager to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role requires someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone, is meticulous with CRM tracking, and consistently hits/exceeds quota
The ideal candidate excels at taking a deal from first contact to close, conducts effective product demos, and manages a full sales cycle autonomously
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new business through outbound calls, emails, and demos
• Accurately maintain and update all activities, opportunities, and customer information in our CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract close
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to drive customer acquisition and retention
• Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
Required Qualifications:
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a technology or SaaS environment
• Relentless persistence with outbound outreach and cold calling
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to CRM documentation
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time independently
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and demo skills
Bonus Points:
Previous experience selling vertical SaaS solutions, especially into blue-collar industries
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
