Growth & Revenue Marketing Lead – Insurance Solutions
We are seeking a Growth & Revenue Marketing Lead who owns revenue outcomes, not just marketing activity. This role is responsible for creating and executing growth strategies, campaigns, and funnels that generate qualified leads, new clients, and increased sales across our insurance offerings.
This is not a brand-only or content-only role. We are looking for someone who can design campaigns, launch quickly, and drive measurable revenue growth.

Key Expectations
Develop and launch revenue-generating marketing strategies and campaigns
Generate qualified insurance leads that convert into clients
Support increased policy sales across multiple product lines
Optimize funnels, messaging, and campaigns to improve conversion
Build repeatable systems for ongoing lead flow and revenue growth
This role carries direct responsibility for strategy and execution tied to revenue outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
Own the growth and revenue marketing strategy for HDA Insurance
Design and execute campaigns to generate leads and clients
Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and conversion paths
Develop messaging that clearly communicates financial value and protection
Support marketing for both core financial solutions and ancillary insurance products
Coordinate organic and paid growth initiatives
Track performance, conversion metrics, and revenue impact
Paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
Analytics and reporting tools
Ownership & Accountability
This role carries ownership over revenue-driving strategy and execution.
Collaboration with internal sales/licensed agents is expected, but accountability for growth outcomes sits with this role.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience driving revenue and lead generation for insurance, financial services, or regulated products
Demonstrated ability to generate leads and sales, not just awareness
Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and client acquisition
Experience working with value-based, trust-driven offers (financial or insurance-related)
Ability to execute quickly and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable being accountable to revenue and growth targets
