[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ArcHouse is on a mission to modernize and transform the way hospice, palliative, and other post-acute care providers operate their business and care for patients. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and engaging with prospective organizations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective hospice and post-acute care organizations through outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted research)
- Proactively reach senior decision-makers and earn meetings through relevant, persistent outreach
- Book and ensure attendance for discovery meetings
- Ensure clean handoff to Account Executives and founders for discovery
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM and outbound systems
- Provide insight and feedback to help improve existing outbound processes and contribute to system development as the team scales
- Represent ArcHouse at industry conferences and events 3-4 times per quarter
Skills
- 1–3 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience, preferably in SaaS (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Highly competitive mindset with a strong bias toward outcomes
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, executive-level conversations, and handling rejection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technically savvy
- Confident working in CRMs and outbound tools
- Able to quickly adopt existing systems while offering thoughtful ideas to improve them
- Genuine interest in healthcare and a desire to contribute to meaningful work in the industry
