[Remote] Entry Level Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nova 401(k) Associates is looking for a full-time remote customer service representative to manage phone calls and emails related to retirement plan transactions. The role involves assisting participants with requests and establishing relationships with vendors and plan sponsors, while also pursuing relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for answering the Nova participant services line
- Work directly with participants and clients to help initiate requests through the recordkeeper sites and answer questions related to pending requests
- Establish solid working relationships with all vendors and plan sponsors to ensure open and accurate communication
- Provide data entry assistance for Distribution Department
- Pursue and attain NIPA’s Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificates
- Perform other related duties as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
- Superior organizational and coordination skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task
- Coachable and committed to professional development
- Bilingual speaking is a plus
- Experience in a customer service or call center setting a plus but not required
