Inside Sales Associate
DRF Water Heating Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join their team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, converting leads into sales, and building strong customer relationships while working in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via calls, email, and online chat
- Convert incoming calls and outbound leads into sales
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Follow-up on leads and deliver excellent post-sale support
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth service
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals to earn weekly commission
- Develop product and sales skills with the ability to promote to salary role
Skills
- Sales-driven and motivated by earning potential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, persuasive, and eager to learn
- Organized with strong follow-up habits
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (especially in home services)
