Responsibilities
- Enter customer concerns into Salesforce from email, voicemail, and online web forms
- Research information to address DES and non-DES related client issues
- Use critical thinking to direct concerns to the appropriate DES programs
- Listen to and accurately transcribe voicemail messages from clients
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and problem-solving
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Perform additional duties as assigned related to the position
Skills
- Experience as a CSR
- Google suite and other relevant computer applications
- Interpersonal and problem solving skills
