Customer Assistance

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via telephone, email, and online chat platforms.
  • Address inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, cancellations, baggage policies, loyalty programs, and general travel information.

Issue Resolution

  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of complex issues, such as flight delays, cancellations, and rebookings.

Booking Management

  • Assist customers in making flight reservations, modifications, and upgrades.
  • Process payments, issue tickets, and provide guidance on fare rules, refund policies, and ticket restrictions.

Travel Guidance

  • Offer personalized travel recommendations, including destination information, visa requirements, travel advisories, and health and safety protocols.
  • Provide support for special assistance requests, such as wheelchair assistance, pet travel, and unaccompanied minors.

Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed about arenaflex's services, products, and promotions.
  • Educate customers on available amenities, onboard entertainment options, seating configurations, and loyalty program benefits to enhance their travel experience.

Technical Support

  • Assist customers with navigating arenaflex's website, mobile app, and self-service tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, password resets, and login problems to facilitate seamless interactions and online transactions.

Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using designated CRM systems and databases.
  • Generate reports to track customer satisfaction metrics, service trends, and operational performance indicators.

Compliance and Policy Adherence

  • Adhere to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines governing customer service operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and security protocols to safeguard customer information and uphold confidentiality.
