Role Overview

This position reports to the Group Customer Membership & Billing Management team and plays a pivotal role in evaluating, redesigning, and optimizing production workflows, data reporting mechanisms, and system testing procedures. You will act as a liaison between policy makers, technology groups, and front‑line staff, ensuring that policy changes and process improvements are communicated clearly and implemented seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Evaluation & Enhancement: Partner with management to assess current production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data‑backed improvements that increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
  • Operational Data Analysis: Compile, cleanse, and analyze large data sets from arenaflex’s reporting platforms to surface trends, pinpoint root causes of business problems, and propose actionable solutions.

  • Project Status Communication: Provide concise, regular updates to senior leadership regarding project milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and issue resolution pathways.
  • Policy Change Advocacy: Translate regulatory or internal policy modifications into clear, actionable guidelines for operational teams, fostering compliance and alignment.
  • Documentation & Presentation: Produce comprehensive reports, slide decks, and visual summaries that articulate operational findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Stakeholder Training & Support: Deliver targeted training sessions and respond to inquiries from internal departments and external partners, reinforcing best practices and system usage.
  • Special Projects & Workgroups: Contribute expertise to cross‑functional initiatives, such as system migrations, process automation pilots, and enterprise‑wide improvement campaigns.

Essential Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Services Management, Data Analytics, or a closely related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a data‑analysis, process‑improvement, or operational support role within a health‑care or insurance‑related environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering presentations to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query) and PowerPoint; experience with data‑visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and thrive in both independent and collaborative settings.
