Responsibilities
- Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, reporting to the Customer Service Manager
- Evaluating customer situations, making informed decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Performing data entry and utilizing basic computer skills to navigate systems effectively
Skills
- Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment (must have)
- Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Demonstrate clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
