QA Manager / QA Test Delivery Leader Healthcare
Job Summary:
We are hiring a QA Test Delivery Leader Healthcare to lead end-to-end QA delivery for large-scale healthcare applications in Agile/DevOps environments. The role requires strong leadership, healthcare domain expertise, and hands-on testing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end QA test delivery for healthcare systems
• Define and execute QA strategy, test plans, and governance
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, FDA, and ONC standards
• Drive test automation and CI/CD testing practices
• Manage onshore/offshore QA teams
• Oversee manual, automation, API, regression, and UAT testing
• Track QA metrics and improve delivery quality
Required Skills:
• 7+ years in QA, 3+ years in QA leadership
• Healthcare domain experience (payer/provider)
• HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI, ICD-10, CPT
• Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit
• API testing: Postman, SOAP UI, RestAssured
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps
Preferred:
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• Epic, Cerner, Facets, QNXT, HealthEdge
• ISTQB / CSTE / SAFe certifications
