We’re in the process of migrating from Monday.com to ClickUp and are looking for an experienced ClickUp systems consultant to help us design, structure, and implement an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) version of our internal fulfillment and project management system.
What We’re Looking For
We need someone who’s done this before — ideally someone who has:
Migrated a marketing or creative agency from Monday → ClickUp (or a similar tool).
Built scalable, simple-to-use ClickUp workspaces that support 100+ team members.
Understands agency workflows — client onboarding, creative briefs, QA, revisions, and delivery cycles.
Knows how to streamline communication between multiple departments while preserving visibility for leadership.
