Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and concerns * Entering application data accurately and efficiently * Responding to online chat inquiries and providing timely support * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date with industry developments and arenaflex's technology * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * A high level of comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service * A strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively * A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, procedures, and policies **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as familiarity with CRM systems and practices, would be highly beneficial. Additionally, experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be a valuable asset.
