Job Description

arenaflex is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our customer service team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a crucial role in ensuring their travel experiences are seamless. Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and changes.
  • Provide information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and travel regulations.
  • Utilize various software applications to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
