**Job Summary**
As a Part-time Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. **Key Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed

**Work Environment and Flexibility**

**Training and Development**

**Schedule and Availability**
We offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust to meet your needs. Days off and hours may vary, and start times will be adjusted to accommodate business needs. Site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week.
**Required Qualifications**
- 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality, military experience)
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to resolve issues in a positive and professional manner
- Comfortable interacting with clients in a patient and supportive way
