Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
• Explain features and benefits clearly
• Overcome objections and close sales, meeting or exceeding quotas
• Process sales orders and service requests accurately
• Stay current on product specifications and industry trends
• Collaborate with support teams for customer satisfaction
• Adhere to compliance requirements and call quality standards
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to explain and sell identity protection or related products/services
• Strong communication, active listening, and consultative sales skills
• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and multi-screen navigation
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to simplify complex information for customers
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
• Experience in inbound/outbound sales or technical sales within a call center preferred
• Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus
