Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system, identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals and driving process improvements through your recommendations and suggestions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards and adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
- Interact professionally with other staff members as needed, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, contributing to the company's commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
