Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with exposure to health plan management operations preferred
  • General knowledge of medical terminology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new concepts and processes
  • Proficiency in current computer technology, including Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and utilize new software applications
