Job Overview

We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner. This is an in-office role, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a two-week paid training program that includes one week in our Birmingham office and one week at our headquarters in Montebello, New York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are positive and courteous.
  • Identify the type of assistance needed and ascertain the level of assistance required to resolve customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Deliver all information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner to facilitate relationship development with clients and promote customer loyalty.
  • Manage customer expectations, providing timely and accurate updates on issue resolution and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and understanding.
  • Actively engage customers in online chat contexts, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager by performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, and dispensing, as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and deemed appropriate per level, including but not limited to handling escalations, team supervision, analytics, and reporting.
