Account Manager
DBS Building Solutions is a recognized leader in the commercial cleaning industry, proudly serving over 1,300 clients across eight states. They are currently looking to hire an Account Manager to oversee and grow their Northern New Jersey territory, ensuring client satisfaction and driving additional sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Orientation: Schedule and facilitate orientation meetings between new customers and vendors to ensure a smooth service launch
- Customer Service & Support: Provide ongoing, proactive, and reactive customer support through regular field visits, account inspections, phone calls, and email communications to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues
- Complaint Resolution: Research, address, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Vendor Management: Monitor and coach vendors to ensure they consistently deliver top-quality service. Make adjustments to service crews as necessary in cases of underperformance
- Service Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services to both existing customers and potential new clients, enhancing the overall service package and driving revenue growth
- CRM & Account Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all accounts in our CRM system, including notes on customer interactions, service changes, and any relevant billing updates
- Billing & Administration: Submit billing forms to the office for new account setups, service changes, cancellations, or adjustments in service levels, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date
