[Remote] Home Inspector (Salary $50-$75k)

House Buyers of America is a residential real estate investment company founded in 2001, and they are seeking a Home Inspector to perform due diligence inspections on properties acquired by the company. The role involves assisting construction and settlement tasks in the field and ensuring the completion of various inspection responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions / specific repairs needed
- Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties
- Assist construction and settlement teams with asks that need to be completed in the field
- Ensure punch-out items are complete and take detailed photos of the construction process
- Inspect homes on a daily basis to ensure progress is being made
- Install/remove lockboxes and other marketing material
- Deliver any necessary equipment to houses
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Great communication skills
- Great computer skills
- Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC or VA
