Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst DETAILS Location : 100% Remote (with occasional travel to Dallas, TX) Position Type : 3M C2H Hourly / Salary : to $140K + 20% bonus structure + RSUs JOB SUMMARY Vaco by Highspring is currently seeking a Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst for a 3M C2H opportunity that is primarily remote based, with occasional travel to Dallas, TX). The Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst will sit within the Technology Finance Organization of a Fortune 10 healthcare leader and will directly report to the VP of Finance. The Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst is a high-impact individual-contributor position created to establish the analytics and reporting backbone for a newly formed Portfolio / Value Capture Office under the CFOs strategic direction. The successful Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst will own the measurement, tracking, and executive communication of financial value delivered by a multi-hundred-million-dollar annual technology investment portfolio, providing insights that directly shape future capital allocation, prioritization, and enterprise-wide technology strategy. Stand up / Lead the Financial Analytics Capability for a Green-Field Portfolio / Value Capture Office. Design / Develop / Maintain a Comprehensive Suite of Exec-Level PowerBI Dashboards / Semantic Models that Quantify P&L Impact / Cash Flow Benefits / ROI / Overall Value Realization of Major Tech Investments Act as Primary Business Partner to Technology Leadership / CFO - Delivering Clear / Compelling Financial Narratives that Influence Multi-Year Portfolio Strategy Build Repeatable Processes for Investment Tracking / Benefits Realization Measurement / Portfolio Performance Reporting in Large-Scale Complex Enterprise Environments High-Visibility Individual Contributor - Regularly Interfacing / Engaging with VP- / C- Suite Execs About the Project : This Technology Finance Organization of a Fortune 10 healthcare leader is in the process of establishing a formal Portfolio / Value Capture Office under the CFOs direction. The primary mission of the Senior Manager / Financial Data Analyst is to systematically measure and report the financial value delivered by technology investments across the enterprise. This is a green-field opportunity to design the processes, data models, and executive reporting that will shape how hundreds of millions in annual tech spend are evaluated and prioritized going forward.
