The role involves ensuring project quality related to TikTok content safety and collaborating with teams to enhance internal tools and frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with RD peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations
- Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance
- Collaborate with automation/stability QA teams to enhance internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive
Skills
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during the Summer of 2026
- Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way
- Strong communication and excellent teamwork skills; being agile and a self-starter
- Passion about techniques and solving challenging problems
