[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

RemoteHunter is connecting candidates with leading employers, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for Medicare Programs. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, conducting presentations, and meeting enrollment targets.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound prospective member calls and place outbound follow-up calls
• Handle web inquiries and respond via outbound calls or email
• Present Medicare plan options to inbound callers and complete sales telephonically when possible
• Conduct outbound calls to encourage prospective members to join and existing members to stay with the plan
• Refer leads to outside sales representatives for in-home appointments and enrollment meetings
• Follow up on sales leads to meet enrollment targets
• Order pre-sale materials and distribute leads via lead tracking system, SFDC (SalesForceDotCom)
• Qualify prospects and attempt to close sales
• Follow scripts for inbound calls, outbound calls, and telephonic enrollments
• Stay current on competitors’ health insurance plans and industry trends
• Maintain focus on production and team goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of call center experience or a Bachelor's Degree in place of experience
• Active, valid, and unrestricted State Life, Health & Disability license for states represented or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• For Medicare, ability to obtain license within 45 days of hire
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
