**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Consultant at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. This role involves a range of duties, including:
* Greeting customers in person or on the phone, determining their needs, and responding promptly to provide guidance and assistance
* Assisting Collision Estimators with tasks such as drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles
* Arranging customer transportation and preparing paperwork for active customer deliveries
* Communicating effectively with customers, clients, teammates, and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
* Adhering to blithequark's Standard Operating Procedures, insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **2+ years of customer-facing experience**: Sales experience is a plus
* **Valid driver's license**: Eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
* **Ability to do consistent physical activity**: Reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
* **Passion for learning the collision industry**
* **Ability to understand instructions**: Written and verbal
* **Prioritization and adaptability**: Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
* **Personable and friendly customer service**: Provide world-class customer service to internal and external customers
