They are seeking an Application Analyst I - Epic Ambulatory to tackle complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency through technology and workflow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop new documentation tools such as flow sheet, smart sets, and notes
- Assist with answering tickets in EPIC work queues
- Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions
- Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions
- Assist with work queues within EPIC
Skills
- Active certification in EPIC Ambulatory required
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design
- Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision
- Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions
- Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others
