Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. You will represent one of our leading healthcare clients, assisting members with their insurance-related needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare), you will be responsible for providing a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic, and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist in correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns and provide expert customer experiences with a smile
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
  • Navigate multiple systems efficiently and deliver expert customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. You should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience and a verifiable High School diploma or GED. Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge are also required, as well as proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. You must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
