The Client Services Specialist will build strong relationships with clients, translating their needs into actionable requirements while ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, IT environment, and strategic goals
- Translate client needs into actionable service and product requirements
- Monitor client work, service calls, and documentation with precision and timeliness
- Collaborate across departments to create and maintain technology plans tailored to client needs
- Identify client trends and proactively develop strategies to address them
- Generate opportunities, prepare quotes, and track account activity
Skills
- Proven Experience: Success in client service and retention, ideally within IT or an MSP environment
- Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with business owners and key stakeholders
- Technical Curiosity: A drive to stay current on technological trends and business solutions
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Enjoy tackling challenges
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in proposals, orders, and documentation
- Digital Fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
- Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel overnight occasionally
