Sales Development Representative
Tennr is a company focused on improving the referral process in the healthcare system, ensuring timely communication between doctors and specialists. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads in the Healthcare and Insurance industries, utilizing your communication skills to create a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients in the Healthcare and Insurance sectors, through calls, emails, and social media channels
- Qualify leads, understanding their needs and determining how Tennr's solutions can address their challenges
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations between potential clients and our sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities
Skills
- Prior experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technological concepts
- Driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for sales
- Strong understanding of the Healthcare and Insurance industries is a plus
- Collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Chelsea office 4 days/week (preferred)
