Digital Reporter - Legal Proceedings

U.S. Legal Support is hiring Digital Reporters, providing full training for those curious about the legal industry. The role involves participating in legal proceedings, operating technology for remote sessions, and preparing necessary documents.

Responsibilities

• Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings from your home, office, or remote locations
• Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio equipment for in-office or remote proceedings
• Prepare audio files, exhibits, and other documents for transcription
• Perform administrative duties on a set schedule when not involved in legal proceedings

Skills

• Comfortable with computers, software, and audio equipment
• Minimum typing speed of 55+ words per minute
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to obtain a state Notary Commission
• AAERT Certification required in some states
• Already a Notary
