Process Automation Analyst - AI & Systems Focus
RPA is an independent advertising agency that prioritizes a People First philosophy to create impactful work. The role of Process Automation Analyst involves supporting the automation roadmap through stakeholder discovery, process mapping, and hands-on exploration of automation tools.
Responsibilities
- Map current-state workflows, data flows, and system interactions
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements (classification, routing, summarization, copilots, insight surfaces, automation triggers)
- Support requirements gathering and translate needs into specs
- Experiment with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Make.com, Zapier)
- Create clear documentation for operations and engineering
- Track ROI, time savings, and success metrics
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in ML/AI concepts (NLP, agents, predictive modeling, embeddings)
- Understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud tools, or data flows
- Strong writing + synthesis skills to translate complexity
- Experience with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Make.com, Zapier)
