Event Coordinator

Cox Castle is a leading law firm known for its deep expertise and client-focused approach. The Event Coordinator will support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts by planning, executing, and managing firm events and sponsorships.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external firm events, including seminars, client appreciation events, webinars, conferences, and community activities
  • Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, invitations, registration, and day-of-event coordination
  • Oversee the firm’s sponsorship commitments, ensuring timely deliverables, visibility, and brand consistency
  • Assist with the design and production of event-related collateral (digital invitations, signage, brochures, social media graphics, etc.)
  • Track RSVP lists, manage event registration platforms, and coordinate follow-up outreach
  • Maintain the firm’s calendar of marketing and sponsorship commitments
  • Work with the Marketing & Business Development team to promote events through digital channels and internal communications
  • Maintain the firm’s contact lists and event management systems
  • Work with the marketing and business development team to evaluate event performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives

Skills

  • 1–3 years of event planning experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfort working under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
  • Experience using event RSVP, CRM and other platforms preferred
