Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Consultant to join our Equity Management and Administration team. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of our equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. This is a remote work opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour and the chance to work with a global team of professionals. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards
- Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
- Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, system partners, or other stakeholders
- Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations
- Review and maintain equity management methods and documentation
- Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field
- Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers
- Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Professional certification in stock plan management or a related field
- Experience working in a global environment with daily interaction with people from different countries, functions, and cultures
