[Remote] Fine Art/Collection Producer

The Fine Art/Collection Producer role focuses on driving new business growth by building relationships within the fine arts community and delivering exceptional value through consultative expertise and sales acumen.
Responsibilities
• Build and execute a personal sales plan to meet annual revenue and growth objectives in the fine arts segment
• Prospect strategically—leveraging centers of influence, referrals, and your own network within the fine arts community
• Conduct thoughtful risk reviews and coverage assessments for art, collectibles, and valuables, uncovering exposures and recommending solutions
• Develop and deliver high-quality proposals that reflect a consultative approach and market strength
• Collaborate with account managers, claims advocates, and marketing specialists to ensure seamless service from proposal to renewal
• Stay closely connected with clients year-round, providing proactive advice and positioning yourself as their trusted risk advocate
• Partner with carriers to negotiate and place coverage tailored to complex and unique fine arts needs
• Contribute to building the firm’s presence in the fine arts community through networking, events, and thought leadership
• Keep accurate and current records in CRM and reporting systems, leveraging data to prioritize and plan effectively
• Continuously grow your expertise by keeping up with emerging risks, market developments, and innovative insurance solutions
Skills
• Active Property & Casualty license
• 4+ years of success as a producer or advisor, ideally with high-net-worth or fine arts personal lines accounts
• Proven ability to prospect, network, and convert opportunities into long-term relationships
• Strong consultative communication skills—able to listen, question, and tailor solutions to client needs
• Adept at navigating complex insurance placements and negotiations
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the drive to build your own portfolio inside a supportive global platform
• Comfort using CRM systems, carrier platforms, and Microsoft Office to stay organized and efficient
• Team-oriented approach—willing to partner closely with colleagues across claims, service, and leadership to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Multi-state authority preferred
