Remote Data Analyst

Apply via Dice today Data Analyst 3-Month Assignment Location: Florida (preferred) or 100% Remote (US-based) Pay Range: $55 $58/hr (W2 only no 3rd parties) We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support a Merchandise Sourcing and Product Development Team with data management, reporting, and visualization. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data management and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, covering retail products and packaging information across a large international supply base. Responsibilities: Conduct data analysis, develop reports, and build dashboards to support business intelligence needs Create and maintain data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI Acquire, clean, and validate data from multiple sources Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights Maintain documentation of data projects and reporting processes Communicate with international suppliers and internal partners to facilitate accurate data collection Must-Have Qualifications: 3 5+ years of data analysis experience Strong background in retail product data Hands-on experience with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Experience in data aggregation and visualization projects Proficiency with SQL and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data modeling) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python or other data processing tools Familiarity with retail product categorization or packaging data Education: Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or related field After applying to this role, you may receive an invitation from our AI Recruiter, Avery to schedule a virtual meeting to learn more about your background as an initial screening for this role.
