Business Consultant ($145 K Total Comp)

Base salary: $105,000 – $115,000 Performance bonus: 10–20% of base (individual + firm performance) Annual salary progression: merit- and performance-based, reviewed annually Location: San Francisco, CA Work Model:100% Remote (North America) Start Date:Spring 2026 Role Overview We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our strategy team and support high-impact client engagements across growth strategy, go-to-market, M&A, and operational transformation. This role is analogous to a Business Analyst / Associate / Consultant position at Bain, BCG, or McKinsey. You’ll work closely with Engagement Managers and senior leaders, developing structured analyses, building insights, and helping translate complex problems into clear recommendations for senior executives.
