As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Providing top-notch customer service to clients via phone, ensuring that their inquiries and requests are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and customer service.
- Meeting or exceeding sales and customer service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Working flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to meet the needs of our clients and support the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and customer service.
- Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A stable work history, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of call center experience in the last 3 years, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- A strong understanding of sales and customer service principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including occasional overtime.
