- Processing billing calls and investigating meter read and other requests related to billing accuracy or payment
- Handling emergency calls and providing timely support to customers
- Processing customer move-ins, adds, and transfers, and ensuring seamless transitions
- Processing refunds, compensation requests, and changes to accounts, and resolving customer complaints
- Routing escalated customer issues for resolution and ensuring timely follow-up
- Making referrals and processing requests regarding special programs, such as Energy Assistance, CRISIS, and Dollar Energy
- Assisting customers with credit/payment arrangements and providing financial support
- Directing customers to self-service channels and promoting digital adoption
- Meeting individual deadlines, metrics, and team goals, and contributing to a high-performing team
- Multitasking and prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
