Job Summary

The Remote Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist will play a vital role in providing full-time support to our consumers. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person. Your duties will also include performing data entry and clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place outbound client contacts, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to basic inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Update and maintain customer call database, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts
  • Provide managerial support, including profile creation and updating
  • Perform filing, data entry, and document generation tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Create and improve customer service concern tickets to ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Assist in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handle exclusive management projects, as well as spillover work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet investigation activities
  • Manage the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and directing them to their designated offices and meeting rooms
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
  • Responsible for checking supply orders and maintaining inventory levels
