Key Responsibilities – Making Every Interaction Count

  • High‑Volume Call Management: Answer inbound calls from residents, businesses, and visitors in a fast‑paced call‑center environment, delivering accurate information on a broad range of arenaflex services and operations.
  • Information Retrieval & Research: Utilize arenaflex’s suite of computer, phone, and information systems to locate answers, verify details, and resolve caller questions efficiently.
  • Ticket Creation & Routing: Generate electronic support tickets, record service requests, and forward inquiries to the appropriate arenaflex department, ensuring seamless follow‑up.
  • Emergency Triage & Dispatch Coordination: Quickly assess incoming calls for urgency, transfer genuine emergencies to arenaflex’s dispatch team, and document the process for compliance.
  • Text‑Message Monitoring: Oversee arenaflex’s dedicated text line, respond to inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate internal teams.

Essential Qualifications – What You Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • At least one year of experience in an office setting that involved extensive customer interaction and phone usage.
  • Typing speed of a minimum of 25 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection capable of supporting voice‑over‑IP, CRM platforms, and multimedia content.
  • Proficiency with modern computer operating systems, standard office software, and customer‑service specific applications (e.g., ticketing systems, knowledge bases).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and courteously.

Work Schedule & Environment

You will begin with a twelve‑week, in‑person training program at arenaflex’s central 311 Center, after which you will transition to a fully remote work‑from‑home arrangement.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly wage ranging from $18.75 to $20.90 based on experience, with the potential to earn up to $27.34 for advanced qualifications.
