**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Business Advancement Director at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* **Client and Partner Focus**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business and technical leaders, leveraging industry insights to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
* **Organization System**: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute business development strategies, positioning arenaflex as a trusted partner and thought leader in the industry.
* **Deal Sourcing and Management**: Identify and pursue high-priority deals across various geographies, products, and business segments, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and conversion.
* **Pipeline Management**: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, focusing on targeting high-value opportunities, and driving strategic partnerships to enhance arenaflex's market position.
* **Strategic Planning and Execution**: Develop and execute business development plans, leveraging market research and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field (e.g., enterprise technology, investment banking, strategy consulting, finance, corporate development, or business development).
* Proven track record of driving business growth, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and market analysis.
* Experience in organizing and executing complex business development initiatives, with a focus on strategic partnerships and deal sourcing.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced degree in Business or related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
* Expertise in a related field, such as enterprise technology, network security, data management, investment banking, strategy consulting, finance, corporate development, or business development.
* 6+ years of experience in the technology industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape and market trends.
