Job Overview

In this vital role, you will play a critical part in our mission to provide exceptional customer service, working from the comfort of your own home in a fully remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting customers with billing and insurance verification, product inquiries, and resolving post-sales issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or collaborating with relevant teams if necessary
  • Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing empathy, understanding, and timely resolution
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide our customers with technical support when navigating our website, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, fostering loyalty and trust

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, showcasing your technical proficiency and adaptability
  • Hardwired broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to home (FiOS or FiberOptic) with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload contracted speed, ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity
  • Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to work in a home environment that is private and free of distractions (i.e., barking dogs, television noise, music, children, etc.) and be able to devote full attention to the customer during work hours, ensuring a professional and focused work environment
