**Job Description:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our card members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing superior customer service on calls to consumer card members, resolving all customer queries and following established procedures as necessary.
* Offering options and following superior service no call handling skills to ensure the best possible solutions and first call resolution (FCR) for card members.
* Understanding the mood, profile, and needs of customers and leveraging this information to provide the most suitable benefits and products while being compliant with laid guidelines.
* Delivering customer, employee, and shareholder metrics as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback, and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure quality service at all times.
* Adhering to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions, and responding to customer inquiries.
* Demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer support.
* Possessing excellent verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach and strong ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations.
* Demonstrating dependability, self-motivating skills, and change management ability, with a proven ability to work successfully within a team environment and independently.
* Possessing analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in detail and a working understanding of MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
**Work Environment and Schedule:**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a hybrid environment, with the possibility of rotational shifts, including night shifts. This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Required Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Previous customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer support.
