Job Overview

We're seeking highly skilled and experienced customer service agents to work from the comfort of their own homes in Montana, USA. As a customer service agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for their experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer friendly support to customers and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external clients
  • Work in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of our organization
  • Provide amazing customer service to individuals looking to travel, use freight or baggage services by handling their needs
  • Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating an automated retail system, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues
  • Greet and interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
  • Calculate charges, make change, and balance daily transactions
  • Check in baggage and freight
  • Answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page customers, resolve issues or complaints, and assist on a case-by-case basis
  • Handle transactions required to board the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage upset customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
  • Resolve such issues quickly and within guidelines laid out by the organization
  • Provide current and accurate admission, schedule, reservations, flight arrival/departure information, and answer general questions from customers and other visitors to the airport
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Compile irregularity and complaint reports as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills. You should be able to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job. You must also be able to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing techniques, rules, and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who are team players, able to meet the public, and work under stressful conditions. You should be able to complete our customer care specialist training program with an 80% or greater average and pass an assessment period. You must also be aware of hazardous situations and be able to handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

Skills and Competencies

To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent written and oral skills, as well as the ability to convey information and instructions verbally or through radio equipment. You should be able to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turns of aircraft and maintain a well-prepared appearance in accordance with our company handbook and work agreement.
