Key Responsibilities:
- Service inbound calls while engaging and consulting with entrepreneurs and leaders to understand their needs and suggest the right arenaflex products
- Convey elevated levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate suitable product features, benefits, and other components of our services
- Consistently develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals
- Provide unprecedented client care by responding to questions regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment
- Document vital record data according to established policies and procedures
- Uphold integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to adjusting and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Client care experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
- Proven success in a client support and sales environment (2 years+)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an electronic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available
