Job Title: Certified English-Spanish (Bilingual) Document Translator - REMOTE Job Type: Project-Based (Per Packet/Document) Compensation: $20–$40 per page (depending on complexity and turnaround time) Location: Remote (U.S.-based applicants preferred) Specialization: Medical and Legal Documents Job Description We are seeking a Certified English-Spanish Document Translator to support our team with accurate, culturally appropriate translations of medical and legal documents. This is a project-based role, ideal for professionals who excel in precision, confidentiality, and deadline management. Responsibilities • Translate and proofread official documents from English to Spanish with high accuracy. • Ensure translations maintain a professional tone, legal/medical terminology, and cultural relevance. • Proofread and edit translations for clarity and consistency. • Deliver completed projects within agreed timelines. • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/legal standards. Qualifications • Certification in translation (ATA, NAJIT, or equivalent). • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; excellent command of English. • Minimum 2 years of professional translation experience, preferably in medical/legal fields. • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents. • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CAT tools (preferred). Compensation • Rate: $20–$40 per page, depending on document type and complexity. • Payment issued per completed project.
