Showing Agent/Real Estate Buyer's Agent

Looking for one of the easiest and most rewarding roles in real estate? As a Showing Agent, your only focus is showing homes and building rapport with clients—no cold calling, no marketing, no admin work. Our team provides the leads, handles all back-end tasks, and sets you up to simply show properties and earn commissions. Compensation: $70,000-$120,000+ (Commission-Based) Job Type: Full Time Preferred Responsibilities: The primary role of this position is to serve as a Showing Agent. You will be responsible for: • Scheduling and attending property showings with the buyer client • Build rapport with the buyer client • Provide property information, answering client questions, and gathering feedback. • Attending home inspections/inspections as needed Based on performance, experience, and professional goals, there is an opportunity to grow into a Buyer’s Agent role fast. In that capacity, you would work more closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through properties and the home-buying process, assist with offer preparation and negotiations, coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and help deliver a smooth transaction from contract to closing. Qualifications: • Active Maryland Real Estate Salesperson License (Required) • Bilingual; Fluent in English & Spanish • Minimum of 1+ years of residential real estate sales experience (Preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time and tasks independently • Excellent customer service mindset and ability to build rapport with clients • Comfortable working weekends and evenings as needed to show homes or meet clients About Us: We are a small and growing real estate team based in Maryland & Virginia, dedicated to providing exceptional service and a smooth buying experience for our clients.
