Responsibilities
• Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Identify tax savings opportunities on tax returns
• Collaborate regularly with team members regarding returns prepared
• Communicate with clients to gather data and provide updates
• Review client documents and data for accuracy
• Attend weekly team educational meetings relating to taxes and other service areas
• Help to build client relationships
Requirements
• 2+ years tax preparation experience
• Experience completing individual and business tax returns
• Strong multitasking skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational, time-management, written, and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems
