SEO Website Manager Needed – On-Site SEO, Content, and Technical Execution
We are looking for an SEO Website Manager to take ownership of on-site SEO performance across our website and select client sites.
This role is focused on technical SEO, content optimization, internal linking, and execution. You will be responsible for maintaining site health, improving rankings, and ensuring SEO best practices are implemented consistently.
If your SEO work is limited to keyword lists and backlinks only, this role is not a fit.
Project Scope
Manage and optimize on-site SEO for one or more websites
Conduct regular:
Technical SEO audits
Content and page-level optimizations
Internal linking improvements
Optimize:
Title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and copy
Existing content for search intent and performance
Collaborate on:
Content briefs and SEO-driven outlines
Publishing and page updates
Identify and resolve:
Indexing issues
Crawl errors
Page speed and Core Web Vitals problems
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions tied to SEO
Requirements
Proven experience managing SEO for live websites
Strong understanding of:
On-page SEO
Technical SEO fundamentals
Search intent and content optimization
Experience with tools such as:
Google Search Console
Google Analytics
Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
Ability to prioritize work based on impact, not checklists
Clear communication and consistent follow-through
