Clinical Trial Specialist II, Peripheral Interventions
About the position
The Clinical Trial Specialist II supports the execution of global clinical studies and clinical programs involving departmental or cross-functional teams in support of the Peripheral Interventions team's business objectives for product development and/or commercialization. This is a hybrid position in office minimum three days per week at our Maple Grove, MN location.
Responsibilities
• Supports the project team in the planning, execution and management of operational aspects of clinical trials.
• Participates in the execution of clinical studies in accordance with the project plans, budget and resource allocations following applicable regulatory and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborates with the project team on development of internal and external project materials, processes, manuals, plans, committees, trial systems and sponsor required regulatory submissions.
• Ensures the project team maintains a continuous state of audit readiness.
• In collaboration with the project team, supports the proactive identification, assessment, and management of clinical trial risks.
• Assists with clinical trial reporting and provides trial progress updates as needed.
• Additional clinical trial execution activities as required and directed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Clinical trial experience required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence a broad range of global stakeholders.
• Contract Research Organization (CRO) experience required.
Nice-to-haves
• Peripheral Interventions clinical trial experience preferred.
• Ability to respond flexibly and positively under conditions of uncertainty or change.
• Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge and experience to resolve complex issues in creative ways.
• Previous or current clinical trial operations experience strongly preferred (ex: Site Management, Monitoring, Data Management, and/or Safety).

• Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
