Application Architect - Customer & Experience Transformation

Description: CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect - Customer & Experience Transformation position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Duties: • Design and implement enterprise architecture solutions that support customer and experience transformation initiatives. • Develop scalable and secure cloud-based architectures using AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Integrate middleware services, microservices, and APIs to ensure seamless system interoperability. • Provide guidance on database architecture, including relational and non-relational database solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives. • Review and recommend best practices for application design, deployment, and integration. • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations to enhance the overall architecture. Skills: • Expertise in designing enterprise architecture solutions. • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Proficient in middleware services, microservices architecture, and API integration. • Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience: • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in application architecture or related roles. • Demonstrated experience in customer experience transformation projects. • Hands-on experience in cloud, middleware, microservices, and API-based architectures. • Experience with database design and management (both relational and non-relational). Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
